This project in Leura was a major renovation over a couple of months. The original space was a large soulless brick space under the house which the client wanted to use for her daughter as a retreat.
The work required me cutting brickwork and fitting new glazed doors, dropping in a false ceiling structure, gyprocking, joint filling, making and fixing a staircase and handrail, painting, assembling a kitchen, tiling and making a deck for the exterior. The result was a clean, attractive and usable space which adds value and function to the family home.
